Preferred Provider
By being a Preferred Provider, UNL can attend training at a reduced rate. You may register and pay for Easel Solutions training via our web site, which allows you to pay with a cost object number or by check at any UNL Computer Store location. You can view their training schedule on our web site or at www.techedsolutions.com. The contract with Easel Solutions in no way prohibits UNL employees from using other vendors or training resources. The price of training with vendors, however, will be at the discretion of those vendors.
Training is held at the Easel Solutions facility at 701 P Street, Suite 301 (Old Creamery Building in the Haymarket). Some of the advanced technical classes are held at their satellite location Advanced Network Technologies, 12030 Pacific Street, Omaha.
Parking at Easel Solutions in the Haymarket
- During the West 'O' Street construction, attendees may park in the Iron Horse lot at 7th & Q. A Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) is required to enter and exit the lot. Please disregard the monthly parking only signage. You MAY enter the lot with a credit card for training. The cost is $2.50 per day. You will not receive a receipt or ticket until you exit the lot.
- Attendees may also park on a first come first serve basis in the metered lot on the west side of the Creamery building. Most stalls are two-hour meters but directly in front of the old Crawdaddy’s building there are five-hour metered stalls available. The cost is $0.50 per hour. Bring your quarters!
- Free parking is available in the Haymarket Garage at 9th & Q Street which is about four blocks from the office. Bring your ticket in with you to be validated.
Entrance to Easel Solutions
The Creamery building has two entrances.
- The main entrance is off of P Street on the north side of the building. The elevator to the third floor is near the back of the building, follow the main hallway past the staircase to the elevators. The staircase is to the second floor only. You must take the elevators to get to the third floor.
- The West entrance is off the metered parking lot. There are two double doors on this side of the building, use the south set of doors. After entering, take the elevators located just inside the door, to the third floor.

What happened to Tech Ed Solutions?
Tech Ed Solutions is now Easel Solutions. As you may of heard, Tech Ed Solutions was purchased by Easel Training of Minneapolis at the end of last year. Easel Training is an Adobe partner specializing in Adobe Flash, Flex and Elearning. Tech Ed’s specialty is Adobe Acrobat and PDF. Together they will offer their customers a wider range of solutions, as well as industry-leading expertise.
You can visit them at their office in the Creamery Building in the Lincoln Haymarket. Also check out their training schedule in Omaha. Easel Solutions has partnered with Advanced Network Technologies of Omaha, Nebraska to offer a wider variety of technical training through ANT at the Lincoln facility. Various programming, security, and server administration courses will be available. The partnership will also enable Easel Solutions to offer Adobe, Microsoft Office, and other end-user courses at ANT’s facilities in Omaha. Whether you are looking for Acrobat, LiveCycle or Captivate courses, or VB.NET, SharePoint, Linux or Exchange server courses, Easel Solutions will help you find the course you are looking for at the location that suits your needs.
